Olga Bashkatova - Professional Bio
Olga is an accountant by trade and has been successfully running an accounting firm for the last few years. NextStage LLC, provides monthly financial/reporting services to startups and growing businesses, including within the crypto/blockchain industry. Previously, Olga worked in various capacities from Controller to CFO at several VC -backed startups with investors like Greycroft, Volition Capital and Lerer Hippeau. She also spent several years in forensic accounting, investigating bribery and embezzlement cases.

Olga moved to Texas from NYC with her 9 year-old son in the summer of 2020 and has been loving Texas life since.
Personal Statement — I am new to the neighborhood and would like to keep things simple as a no-nonsense New Yorker. I believe in clean and transparent financials, freedom, respect and the rights to property. As an accountant, I think of money first, however security and well being of my neighbors is equally important.

My main goal would be to preserve the wonderful benefits this community offers and foster goodwill, while at the same time working to increase the land and home values. Otherwise, I would like to leave the neighbors to enjoy their properties and their lives.  

 I hope that you give me the opportunity to prove myself as a WOPOA Director for 2022 and put the community on a corrective course.
